The World’s Best Culture Certification is awarded to senior living organizations by Drive, a consultancy firm specializing in workplace culture within the aging services field. Drive uses the Culture Values Assessment by Barrett Values Centre, a tool that has evaluated thousands of companies worldwide, including Mastercard, Coca-Cola, Prudential, and Volvo. With four million culture assessments and 25 years of data in its database, Barrett Values Centre offers a robust benchmark for measuring organizational culture. Drive is the leading user of the tool in the aging services field.
Someren Glen Team Members Share Their Feedback
The Culture Values Assessment gives Someren Glen team members a chance to share their personal values, the current values of our community, and the desired values of their ideal workplace. Once this feedback is received, it is used to calculate a culture score that measures the alignment of these values to determine the strength and health of our workplace culture. These results serve as a foundation for Someren Glen’s growth, unity, and overall well-being as a workplace by reinforcing what is working well and addressing any opportunities for improvement.
Someren Glen’s Culture Score
In order to achieve a World’s Best Culture certification, a minimum culture score of 70 on the Culture Values Assessment is required. For reference, the Global Average is 55 and Drive’s senior living communities average is 69. Someren Glen surpassed this benchmark with an outstanding culture score of 84.
This exceptional score not only highlights Someren Glen’s superior workplace culture within the senior living field, but also sets us apart from companies across various sectors worldwide. This achievement underscores Someren Glen’s commitment to fostering an exemplary work environment, which is foundational to providing quality, resident-driven care.
