As a former Registered Nurse, there was no greater reward than when a patient thanked me for my attention and care. This being National Nurses Week, I couldn’t help but mention the coming nurse shortage in the next 10 years. A huge number of nurses will be needed to keep up with the ever-increasing number of people who will be entering elder care.
